CAMRA Wilderness First Aid Class

Come to North Mountain Visitor Center this weekend for a Wilderness First Aid Class taught by the Central Arizona Mountain Rescue Association (CAMRA), Maricopa County’s Mountain Rescue Team! Tickets, class information and cost are available here: www.mountainrescue.org/medical-training
Class is Feb 8-9, 8am-5pm. Please bring a sack lunch and be prepared for a jam-packed schedule with tons of scenarios and hands-on experience!
The Wilderness First Aid certification is an entry-level course for wilderness medicine. It is highly recommended for anyone who spends time in the backcountry. Whether you are planning on leading a multi-day trip or even a day hiker who wants to be prepared for anything that may come up. Skiers, kayakers, mountain bikers, climbers, and campers… everyone can benefit from this training!
