BROWN BAG WORKSHOP – THE JOURNEY OF THE PACIFIC CREST TRAIL Part 2

March 29 @ 11:30 am - 12:30 pm

Presented by Bridgette Sotelo

Join us for fascinating presentation at The North Mountain Visitor Center.

For thousands around the world, the experience of hiking the Pacific Crest Trail represents a life well-lived. Each year, for 6 months, hundreds of hikers trek through arid desert, frozen high sierras, thick, lush forest, and sweeping vistas, all in pursuit of completing a “thru-hike” of one of America’s most picturesque national scenic trails.

Tag along with Bridgette, aka “ZipLoc”, for a journey from Mexico to Canada over thousands of miles as she brings you along her own thru-hike of the PCT in 2023. As you follow along on her journey north, you can expect to learn how someone prepares for a multi-month trip to be self-sufficient in the back country and hear stories of trail culture and personal experiences of life on the trail.

Mark your calendars and bring your lunches!
You won’t want to miss this!

Please bring your lunch and enjoy the presentation.
This presentation is free to the public.
Donations made to Save Our Mountains Foundation are much appreciated. The funds help run the North Mountain Visitor Center.
