BROWN BAG WORKSHOP – “MEDITATION IN NATURE”

Join us for a relaxing workshop at The North Mountain Visitor Center.
Please join us for meditation in nature! Meditation has many benefits including relaxation, stress relief, improved mood, focus, and creativity. You will be guided through various meditation practices including breathwork, awareness, visualization, movement and stillness.
This is a flexible, safe and inclusive meditation experience that is respectful of all bodies and people from all backgrounds and spiritual or religious affiliations. You are free to meditate, move your body, and participate according to your own level of comfort and ability. No experience is required.
We will be meditating outdoors, so please dress appropriately and bring water. Feel free to bring any comfort items you may like such as a cushion or mat to sit on.
Please bring your lunch to enjoy on the back patio after the workshop.
