FreeJoin *Abigale Breez for this free Life Enhancing Tools workshop at North Mountain Visitor Center. Explore soothing yoga, breath patterns, chants, releasing stress, tapping, Qigong, and self-massage practices to enhance daily life.
Cost: Free, but cash donations that go to Save Our Mountains Foundation are graciously appreciated
Bring: Water, yoga mat or towel, & journal
*Abigale Breez used to call Arizona home and is visiting from out-of-state to hold this workshop. She is a certified Kundalini Yoga teacher, Qigong/Tai Chi Easy Practice Leader, Wholistic Coach, healer, mediator, & student of peace and deep connection.
