DESCRIPTION:Come to North Mountain Visitor Center this weekend for a Wilderness First Aid Class taught by the Central Arizona Mountain Rescue Association (CAMRA)\, Maricopa County’s Mountain Rescue Team!  Tickets\, class information and cost are available here: www.mountainrescue.org/medical-training \nClass is June 28 & 29\, 8am-5pm. Please bring a sack lunch and be prepared for a jam-packed schedule with tons of scenarios and hands-on experience! \nThe Wilderness First Aid certification is an entry-level course for wilderness medicine. It is highly recommended for anyone who spends time in the backcountry. Whether you are planning on leading a multi-day trip or even a day hiker who wants to be prepared for anything that may come up. Skiers\, kayakers\, mountain bikers\, climbers\, and campers… everyone can benefit from this training! \nWFA courses are offered throughout the year.
