SUMMARY:“SOUND HEALING THERAPY” - BROWN BAG WORKSHOP
DESCRIPTION:Danielle Fuselier\, Red Rock Healing Center \n \nJoin us for a relaxing and meditative experience at the Bird Blind at The North Mountain Visitor Center\, 12950 N. 7th Street on Saturday\, December 20th\, at 11:30 A.M.  Please bring your lunch to enjoy outside afterward. \nA sound bath is a deeply relaxing and meditative experience where participants immerse themselves in soothing sounds and vibrations.  During a sound bath\, various healing instruments such as Himalayan singing bowls\, crystal singing bowls\, gongs\, and chimes are played to create harmonious tones.  These harmonic vibrations resonate through your body\, promoting relaxation\, stress reduction\, and a sense of inner balance.  As the sound waves envelop you\, they help release tension\, clear energetic blockages\, and enhance overall well-being by promoting healing at a cellular level in the body.  Whether you’re seeking tranquility or a way to connect with your inner self\, a sound bath offers a serene journey into sound and stillness. \nMark your calendars and bring your lunches! \nYou won’t want to miss this! \nThis presentation is free to the public.  Donations made to Save Our Mountains Foundation are appreciated.  Your donations to SOMF are used to maintain operations of the North Mountain Visitor Center and to purchase land to improve and expand our beautiful mountains preserve!
