Neil\, Billie and Rodney started the tradition years ago. We buried a time capsule above the Falls. There is no guarantee we could find it again so we might not try.\nWe walk down into a wash and follow it to the Falls where we will celebrate the New Year. Those who want to explore above the Falls will enjoy climbing up while the rest of us take pictures etc.  Bring a snack. There are plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery at the Falls. \nDrive Instructions: From the 101 freeway\, take the Pima exit to go North on Pima 9.8 mi. to Cave Creek Rd Turn right to follow Cave Creek Rd. approx. 4.5 mi. (you will pass Bartlett Dam Rd at about 4 mi.) Watch for a dirt pull off parking on the right. No facilities here.

He is the planer\, designer and builder of this Wildness trail. Having his knowledge on the trail will be amazing/invaluable for our hike.\nGreat open view of Four Peaks and Superstitions.
