DESCRIPTION:Please join us for our open Old-Time Jam Sessions at North Mountain Visitor Center (NMVC). Players of all ages and ability come together in the time-honored tradition of gathering and playing music. \n​We encourage acoustical instruments to share in these traditional tunes. Fiddles\, dulcimers\, banjos\, guitars\, harps\, accordions\, mandolins\, dobros\, zithers\, upright bass\, Irish whistles\, flutes\, bodhrans\, rhythm bones\, spoons\, and more. \nAll are welcome  \nWe have been gathering around the Valley sharing tunes and songs for over 20 years. We play a mix of traditional fiddle tunes\, Appalachian Mountain music\, Canadian\, Irish & Scottish tunes (jigs\, polkas\, reels\, waltzes\, hornpipes) and more.

SUMMARY:Coffee House Saturdays with live music – Performance by PETER AND SAL PALAZZO
DESCRIPTION:Peter and Sal Palazzo are brothers that have been performing together for 6 years at various venues in the Valley of the Sun and back home in Rhode Island. They are known for their soft rock\, folk and\, as with many family performers\, their natural harmonies.\nWhile taking a slight hiatus from performing in early 2025\, Peter and Sal are happy to be back performing! \n \nCoffee House Saturdays occurs every third and fourth Saturday of the month at the North Mountain Visitor Center (NMVC) located at 12950 North 7th Street in Phoenix. \nFree hot coffee\, refreshments and live music offered from 9 AM to 11 AM. \nAdmission is always free. \nDonations to Save Our Mountains Foundation (501c3) are always welcome. Any purchases made at our gift shop go toward supporting facility operations and our nonprofit’s mission of protecting the preserve for future generations. \nCall 602-343-5125 with any questions.
