SUMMARY:Live Music at the Coffee House
DESCRIPTION:Welcome to Coffee House Saturdays at the North Mountain Visitor Center (NMVC)\, 12950 North 7th Street MAP every third Saturday of the month. We feature coffee from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. generously donated from Save Our Mountains Foundation and other local brew houses. We also have wonderful breakfast snack items to purchase in our Exhibit Hall gift shop plus free snack items from donations from local donors\, the proceeds of all sales and donations go to help with the operation of the NMVC. Admission is always free. \nFebruary’s event features Half Way Home with James Sallis. Stop by for free coffee and music. Donations to Save Our Mountains Foundation are always welcome.

DESCRIPTION:Join us for one of Save Our Mountains Foundation’s (SOMF) signature monthly events. Astronomy Night at North Mountain Visitor Center is family-friendly and out of this world! Local school principal\, astronomy enthusiast\, and SOMF at NMVC volunteer Jeff Geyer leads this community event. See the stars and planets through provided high-powered telescopes. You’re encouraged to bring your own telescopes and chairs too. Meet in the parking lot by the ramada across from the North Mountain Visitor Center. This event is free\, but donations to Save Our Mountains Foundation are greatly appreciated.
