DESCRIPTION:Join us for one of Save Our Mountains Foundation’s (SOMF) signature monthly events. Astronomy Night at North Mountain Visitor Center is family-friendly and out of this world! Local school principal\, astronomy enthusiast\, and SOMF at NMVC volunteer Jeff Geyer leads this community event. See the stars and planets through provided high-powered telescopes. You’re encouraged to bring your own telescopes and chairs too. Meet in the parking lot by the ramada across from the North Mountain Visitor Center. This event is free\, but donations to Save Our Mountains Foundation are greatly appreciated. \nIn case of inclement weather or cloudy skies\, the event will be rescheduled! \nQuestions?
