This is an alternate way to get to the river than the route we usually take. It’s a bit longer and more elevation change (which I can’t find recorded anywhere)\nThis is a very scenic hike. You are never far from I-17 but will feel like you are far from civilization. \nDrive Instructions: I- 17 North 27 miles\, take exit 242 Rock Springs/Black Canyon City.  At the stop\, go left to cross over the freeway and turn right. Very soon\, turn left on Warner Rd. 0.2 mi. turn right to parking. Restroom here.
