(Y/N) No \nCarpool Time & Location: \nHike Distance (estim): 6 miles \nHike Time (estim): 3 hrs \nElevation Chg (approx ft\, optional): ft \nHike Description: This group of trails will take us up Union Peak  with three false summits ( don’t worry you will get there ) The trail starts out easy but climbs near the peak . This is 6 miles and 850 feet elevation change .  We will split the group if more than 15 come and Doug will lead the first group up the hill.  The trail up Union Peak is an in and out so if one doesn’t want to do steep uphill hike they can wait at the junctions for the group to return and hike back  to the TH with them.  \nDrive Instructions: Google has good instructions. 1901 W Desert Vista Trail\, Phoenix.

Turn right to Point Golf Club Drive and turn left and follow it all the way around and up a hill to a 4 way stop. Turn left on 18th St and follow to the parking lot at the park.
